Regina Bernhaupt

Regina is Professor for Digital-Physical Interaction at Technical University Eindhoven, Industrial Design, The Netherlands. With an industry background in design, her expertise is in the field of human-computer interaction, and design for digital-physical interaction with a strong preference for using games and games technology as prototyping tools and environments. She is an active member of the SIGCHI community and was chair of CHI 2020 and VP for Membership and Communication.

Bastian Pfleging

Bastian is Professor for Ubiquitous Computing and Smart Systems at TU Bergakademie Freiberg, Germany. With a background in computer science, his expertise is in the fields of human-computer interaction, and specifically automotive user interfaces. He co-organized various conferences and workshops in the field of HCI and Automotive User Interfaces (e.g. AutomotiveUI, CHI, MobileHCI).

Alexander Meschtscherjakov

Alexander is an associate professor at the HCI division at Salzburg University. His research focuses on new forms of automotive user interface design and user experience with automated vehicles. He co-organized conferences such as AutomotiveUI’11 or CHIPlay’22 and was co-organizer of more than 25 workshops (e.g., AutomotiveUI, CHI).

Debargha Dey

Debargha is a postdoctoral researcher at Eindhoven University of Technology, Netherlands. He has a background in Human-Computer Interaction and his research interest lies in automotive human factors. His current research focuses on Human-Machine Interfaces for automated driving, and he is an active member of the CHI and AutomotiveUI communities.

Melanie Berger

Melanie is a doctoral candidate in the department of Industrial Design at Eindhoven University of Technology. She has a background in Human-Centered Computing and Informatics, and her current research interests lie in the domain of automotive human factors, particularly, novel in-car interaction concepts and the user experience of driving.
