Under Review
Authors:
- Write a great paper. Place a dated copyright notice in the text.
- Convert into a PDF, XHTML, or similar standards-compliant format
- Name it with the first author's name and the date of the conversion
- For example, JohnJBarton29FEB2004.pdf
- Place the document on the Web
- Go to http://www.ubisys.org/index.php/Main/PublishNow
- Add a new line for you paper to the Under Review List,
- Use [[PaperTitleInCamelCase]] to create an internal link
- Save and then click on the new link to get your new wiki page
- Put the paper title, author, submission date, and abstract at the top, follow by ---- to create a horizontal rule
- Save
- Announce your publication to colleagues.
- Consider the paper "Submitted to http://www.ubisys.org/index.php/Main/PublishNow on <date>"
- Edit the PublishNow page as you revise the paper in response to reviews.
Reviewers
- Navigate to the paper's PublishNow wiki page.
- Add your comments below the last horizontal rule, end with ----
- Use standard review model:
- summarize the paper in a sentence,
- give the positive and negative views
- be constructive.
- (Optional) Sign and date the review.
